The obligation to comply with privacy laws could not be left to the good will of the Force, into consideration that the fifty had earlier seen a huge proliferation of personal files, but to a particular provision of the law.
In fact, ongoing, Legislative Decree nr. 297, 2000, the reform of the Force, was amended, Article 3 in order to add a paragraph 5 which states that " the activities of collecting information apply, mutatis mutandis, the principles of the Law of 31 December 1996, no 675 "and was published in the Official Gazette No. 248 of October 23, 2000.
Time to reach the result: the first five months of the issuance of press statements and the Guarantor.
