The treatment and detention of so vast a quantity of sensitive data on the population, regardless of how it is done, when it is completed by the State in general and from the military areas in particular, are a sign of no longer being met that should be shown towards every human being.
The evaluation of such sensitive data, because of their peculiarities, is changing as are the political conditions that can lead to an increase or a reduction of rights that are related to the human person as such and for the simple fact of exist.
It is not clear what are the needs that we want to protect, but, apparently, that the contempt for the man and his inner experience is transformed into a voyeurism of State for anything but reassuring as they are changing the laws emanating depending on the political faction that is to govern. Are no data that are closed in the archives of the Force, but also as established by the Guarantor in its decision January 2001, following the publication of the circular-General Command of the Carabinieri "Public authorized to request information to the Carabinieri Corps." Respect for our dignity, and this is what we ask those who, in the shadows, expects to return to our account all of our deepest beliefs.
